Distinguishing Marks: Has many scars from his transformations and the fights he's been involved in while transformed, his teeth are pointed – he files them to look like that, he also has a large number of silver burn scars – all self-inflicted (see secret #2)

Disabilities/Handicaps: Well, he's a werewolf but he doesn't view that as a disability.
Health in general – both mental and physical: His physical health is excellent. His mental health is... debatable. He is a violent and vicious man who particularly enjoys attacking children as a werewolf and just about anybody as a man.

Personality
First Impression (others have of you): A menacing and savage man whom most people would not only walk across the road but probably also apparate to another country to avoid
General Behaviour: In a nutshell, unpleasant. Fenrir has deteriorated over the years and is now more wolf than man and a savage, feral wolf at that. Anybody encountering would easily be able to determine that. He doesn't bother with the niceties of civilisation and will attack without much in the way of provocation. He rules his werewolves with an iron fist and will gleefully do whatever he is asked to by the Lestranges, especially if it involves bloodshed and killing.
Strengths: Physical strength, he is quite adept at the Dark Arts – about the only magic he has retained
Weaknesses: He is poor to average at all other magic – his mind has deteriorated too much for that. Like all werewolves he is vulnerable to silver.
Habits: He tends to pace a lot when inside, not liking to be confined within walls
Enjoys: Savaging his victims violently, murder, torture
Dislikes: Silver, werewolves who don't enjoy what they are
Other: Fenrir is more than a little unbalanced. He got the taste of blood in both werewolf and human form and enjoyed it immensely.His attack on Bill Weasley many years ago is the least of what he's done. In fact, Bill got off lightly. Fenrir enjoys these attacks and takes his time over them. If there are children there, all the better.

Bloodline: Half-blood
Family History: Edward Greyback ws a pureblood wizard who married the half-blood Elizabeth over his family's objections. He wasn't disowned as he was an only child but his wife was never treated well. Edward and Elizabeth had only one child, Fenrir, who was a sullen and taciturn child. At eleven Fenrir received his letter from Hogwarts and was Sorted into Slytherin. He became friends with Lucius Malfoy very quickly. He didn't really care that much but Lucius liked having him around because he was intimidating. In return Lucius helped him with his school work so Fenrir was happy to spend his time with the elegant pureblood.

Two months after he graduated, Fenrir and his parents were attacked by a werewolf. His parents were killed while Fenrir was badly wounded but survived. His first transformation was painful but he revelled in it, feeling like he was becoming something more, something better. He was disappointed to not be able to remember much of his transformation and spent a great deal of time trying to become what he felt he was destined to be – a wolf.As he continued with this, he found himself able to remember more and more of his time when transformed and revelled in the knowledge and the control that gave him when he was the werewolf. Now, he is almost fully aware when he is transformed – everything he does is of his own free will.

When he was approached by Voldemort he was, at first, disinterested. That was until Voldemort offered to remove all restrictions on werewolves and allow them to prey on all Muggles, Muggleborn and Half-bloods. Fenrir didn't care about the rest of Voldemort's plans but he approved of this one and agreed to join. He quickly talked other werewolves into joining him, either because they wanted the same freedoms or through coercion and threats. After Voldemort's defeat, he and his pack were forced into hiding from the Ministry. On the Dark Lord's return, Fenrir gleefully took his place at Voldemort's side again. By this time he had killed and tasted blood as a human and found that he liked it.

After Voldemort's defeat, Fenrir attached himself to Bellatrix Lestrange and her husband, finding that they shared many of his predilections for blood and murder. He is fanatically loyal to them, especially Bellatrix, and will follow their orders without question.

Close Friendships: He is 'friends', as such, with Lucius Malfoy – Lucius finds him useful to use as a threat and Fenrir finds that amusing and fun. It might also be possible to classify his relationship to the Lestranges as friends if one has a loose definition of the word

Other: He has a peculiar relationship with the Lestranges. He is the alpha male and and ultimate leader of his pack of werewolves whether he is human or wolf. But he views Bellatrix and Rodolphus (and Rabastan to a slightly lesser extent) as his pack leaders so though he might protest, argue and whine about their orders, all they need to do is exert their status as 'pack leaders' and he'll submit to them.

He fathered a child on a Muggle woman he raped during a Death Eater attack when he was in his twenties. When he found out about the child's existence, he went back on the night of the full moon and savagely killed both the baby boy and his mother. Lucius knew about this so Draco might also know.

He has a rather sick obssession with silver, collecting it and fondling it (while wearing gloves) when he can. He'll occasionally draw a silver object across his bare skin, enjoying the pain it causes and the mark it leaves. The Lestranges might know about this. It's possible he would also let Bellatrix 'play'.
